I installed this brand of spring on my 1995 E36 318i.  They installed without problem.  I have enjoyed the ride comfort they provide and the increased cornering response they offer.  The "stance" or look of the car was also greatly enhanced.  Several co-workers who have rode with me have commented how nice the ride is now.  I used them with Tokico shocks and struts.  I would also have to disclose that I installed these parts when the car had over 100k on it and since I bought it used and it is my first BMW, I don't have much contrasting ride experience to compare to.  I did make a mistake when installing the new suspension that I had to correct.  I didn't keep the bump stops off the old shocks.  When I put the new stuff on the car would bottom out.  I had to retro-fit some Energy Suspension bump-stops.  After that things improved greatly.  After a few weeks I was still not happy with rear-end.  It sat very low for my tastes and would still occassionly bottom out.  I added a Mr. Gasket rubber coil spring spacer that brought the rear up about an inch.  After that everything was perfect.  Had I used the factory style bump stop I may have avoided all the extra retro-fit work.  B & G Springs a great value also.  Most applications sell for under $200.  B & G's parent company is based out of Lesjofors, Sweden, where they have made springs for over 400 years.  They also a offer a high-end coil system for many applications.  Those systems run $1500 - $2000.
